Delhi NCR delivery orders require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. Pan-India orders require 72 hours. For large orders, custom creations, or corporate gifting, we recommend placing orders at least 5–7 days ahead. For bulk orders we may require longer lead times — please enquire.
Our Cookie Collection and Saanjh (Brown Butter Financier) are both designed for pan-India shipping — they are shelf-stable and packaged for transit. All other products are available only in Delhi NCR as they are fresh and delicate. Free shipping is included on all pan-India orders.
Yes. Our Cookie Box of 6 allows you to choose any combination of the three available flavours — Aurelia (Citrus Spice), Jade Caramel (Matcha Butterscotch), and Cloud Crumb (Choco Chip Marshmallow). Simply specify your preferred mix in the order enquiry form.
Yes. We accept custom orders for special occasions, personalised gifting, and corporate accounts. Bulk orders of 10 or more boxes qualify for volume pricing. For corporate gifting, we can also provide branded packaging. Please reach out via the enquiry form with your requirements and we will respond with a proposal within 48 hours.
We accept UPI, NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, and all major digital payment platforms. Payment is required in advance to confirm your order. We will share payment details when confirming your order via the enquiry process.
Our products contain various allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts (including tree nuts), and soy. The Banana Cookie Melt is eggless. Please specify any allergies or dietary requirements in your order enquiry and we will advise on suitability. We cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation as our kitchen handles multiple allergens.
Fresh products (muffins, éclairs, financiers, loaf) should be consumed within 2–3 days and stored in a cool, dry place or refrigerated. The Cookie Collection has a longer shelf life of 10–14 days at room temperature. Saanjh financiers keep well for 5–7 days. We recommend consuming all products at room temperature for the best flavour experience.
The Oryn Table is our signature experiential dining event — an intimate evening of curated dessert tasting, live music, and cultural storytelling.
