At Oryn, we believe the most memorable experiences rarely happen in crowded rooms. They happen around a table.
The Oryn Table is our signature experiential gathering designed to bring together food, culture, storytelling, creativity, and conversation. Each edition is built around a unique theme and thoughtfully curated to explore how flavours connect with memories, how culture shapes taste, and how food has the power to bring people together.
More than a tasting session, The Oryn Table is an immersive experience where guests become participants. Through curated menus, interactive experiences, cultural narratives, creative workshops, and meaningful discussions, every table creates a space for discovery.

The Oryn Table was created to celebrate the stories hidden behind every flavour, every ingredient, and every tradition. Through these gatherings, we invite people to slow down, connect with one another, and experience food with curiosity.
Each table becomes a meeting point between craftsmanship and culture, between nostalgia and innovation, between strangers and conversations that continue long after the evening ends.
Because some experiences deserve more than a menu.
They deserve a seat at the table.
Guests arrive to a welcome drink and an introduction to the evening's theme. We share the story of the city, the ingredients, and the ideas that shaped this edition's menu. Conversation begins. The evening opens.
A multi-course food & dessert experience — between 3 and 5 courses, depending on the edition. Each course is accompanied by a brief narrative, connecting the dessert to its inspiration. Nothing is rushed. Guests pace themselves.
The final course is designed to be memorable. It is often the most elaborate, the most personal, and the most reflective of the evening's theme. After this, guests are free to stay, to talk, to linger. The evening ends when it ends.

Each edition of The Oryn Table is a distinct chapter. Here is where we have been.
Gurugram
The Beginning.
The very first edition of The Oryn Table was born from a simple question:
Can dessert be more than just dessert?
Hosted as an intimate gathering, Table 01 introduced guests to the philosophy that continues to define Oryn today. Through curated tastings, conversations, and storytelling, participants explored the relationship between flavour, texture, memory, and emotion.
The evening focused on understanding desserts beyond ingredients and recipes. Guests discovered how textures influence perception, how flavours evoke nostalgia, and how stories can become the foundation of a culinary experience.
What began as a dessert tasting slowly transformed into a dialogue about creativity, curiosity, and the future of experiential patisserie.
Table 01 wasn't simply an event.
It was the beginning of a movement.
Delhi
A Journey Across India.
The second edition of The Oryn Table expanded beyond dessert and evolved into a complete experiential dining experience.
Inspired by India's cultural richness and regional flavours, guests embarked on a carefully curated journey through three regions—Kerala, Kolkata, and Gujarat.
Each destination was represented not only through signature Oryn desserts but through an entire culinary narrative that included beverages, starters, mains, interactive experiences, music, and conversation.
The experience extended far beyond the dining table.
A live musical performance created the soundtrack for the evening, while guests participated in an interactive cupcake decorating experience that encouraged creativity, laughter, and connection.
By the end of the night, the event had become something much larger than a tasting session.
It became a celebration of culture.
A celebration of storytelling.
A celebration of India itself.
Table 02 demonstrated that food is not simply about what is served on the plate.
It is about the memories, traditions, people, and stories that surround it.
