We created this financier to belong to that moment.
Built on deeply browned butter and infused with a concentrated Assam tea reduction, सांझ unfolds in layers. Toasted milk lends a mellow richness, while a caramelized oat praline adds warmth, texture, and a gentle crunch. Every element is chosen to echo the familiar comforts of buttered toast and evening tea, without ever overpowering them.
